Reporting to the Executive Vice President, Long Term Communities (LTC), the Executive Assistant, Long Term Care Operations is a growth-oriented role. This role will provide hands on experience in operational management, project coordination and corporate governance.
The ideal candidate will be naturally curious, proactive, and highly organized, with a strong desire to expand their skills and grow beyond this role within two to four years.
What You’ll Do :
- Compile data and reports, analyze and synthesize divisional results into clear, actionable insights, and prepare materials for senior leadership and board meetings
- Manage various divisional initiatives, track compliance findings, and ensure timely execution of key deliverables
- Plan and coordinate EVP’s meetings, agendas, and workback schedules while prioritizing high-impact initiatives
- Engage professionally with government entities (e.g., Ministry of Long-Term Care, Health Authorities) and internal / external senior stakeholders
- Organize travel, prepare meeting materials, manage expense reports, and oversee administrative projects
- Handle sensitive matters with discretion and act on behalf of the EVP in urgent situations
- Drive coordinated divisional activities independently and ensure follow-through on key initiatives
Who You Are :
- Hold an undergraduate degree in business, organizational development, or finance management, with a strong foundation in organization and analysis
- Bring 2–5 years of experience demonstrating exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Communicate clearly and confidently, engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Leverage advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite and AI tools to enhance productivity
- Thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities with accuracy and sound judgment
- Take initiative and work independently while valuing collaboration in an in-person team setting
