Role Overview

Based in your SSC hub within our hybrid workplace program, you will serve as the key connector between senior leadership and departmental teams. As the principal scheduler, planner, and coordinator for a member of the lululemon Executive Team, your role is vital for departmental success. Responsibilities include :

  • Managing the Executive’s calendar, contacts, and email communication within authorized scope.
  • Establishing work priorities and assigning tasks to department staff accordingly.
  • Organizing meetings, including invitations, agendas, room bookings, and logistics.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Coordinating complex, multi-leg travel arrangements with flexibility for changes.
  • Managing expense reports and department expenses, ensuring policy compliance.
  • Acting as a liaison for communications with the department.
  • Preparing briefing notes, meeting minutes, and necessary documentation.
  • Following up on action items and supporting space planning for department growth.
  • Handling special projects and onboarding of new senior executives and leadership team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative or executive support roles with increasing responsibilities.
  • Strong business acumen, tact, sound judgment, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working within a publicly traded company is preferred.

The typical salary range is $66,000 - $86,600 CAD annually, based on market location and experience. Benefits include health and dental, mental health plans, paid time off, retirement matching, employee discounts, fitness classes, parental top-up, development courses, mentorship, and leadership programs. Eligibility for some benefits depends on specific criteria, and benefits may change without notice.
