About The RoleThe Executive Assistant II is responsible for providing administrative support for multiple senior leaders in our Corporate Finance and Restructuring segment.In FTI Consulting’s Corporate Finance organization, we focus on our clients’ strategic, operational, financial and capital needs by addressing the full spectrum of financial and transactional opportunities faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies and other stakeholders.What You’ll DoAs an Executive Assistant II, you will perform all administrative functions and will be responsible for routine and non-routine tasks. You will interact with clients and other FTI leaders and will be required to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality as would be expected of a professional in this role. Responsibilities include:Maintaining calendars, identifying conflicts and resolving promptlyCoordinating all meeting and travel arrangementsScheduling conference calls, including contacting/notifying participantsCreating documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using appropriate software and company templatesAssisting in research projects by efficiently conducting searches of the Intranet/InternetMaintaining contact lists and input new business contacts into SalesForce CRMAssisting with new client opportunities including initial input into SalesForce and running conflict checksCapturing time and expense within applicable FTI systemsMaintaining reconciliation of Amex statements as required by ExecutivesAssisting in prioritization of correspondence and phone messagesCompleting requests for deliveries, faxes and couriersCreating and maintaining paper and electronic filesHow You’ll GrowWe are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities.
