Job summary

FTI Consulting Canada ULC is seeking an Executive Assistant II to provide administrative support for multiple senior leaders within Corporate Finance and Restructuring. You will manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare reports, and maintain confidential information with discretion.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of admin experience, strong MS Office skills, and experience with Salesforce CRM and Adobe. The role offers exposure to high-profile engagements and a collaborative, inclusive

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of administrative support experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with Adobe.
  • Fundamental knowledge of the consulting industry and its customary practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform all tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience planning and coordinating client events.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining calendars, identifying conflicts and resolving promptly
  • Coordinating all meeting and travel arrangements
  • Scheduling conference calls, including contacting/notifying participants
  • Creating documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using appropriate software and company templates
  • Assisting in research projects by efficiently conducting searches of the Intranet/Internet
  • Maintaining contact lists and input new business contacts into SalesForce CRM
  • Assisting with new client opportunities including initial input into SalesForce and running conflict checks
  • Capturing time and expense within applicable FTI systems
  • Maintaining reconciliation of Amex statements as required by Executives
  • Assisting in prioritization of correspondence and phone messages
  • Completing requests for deliveries, faxes and couriers
  • Creating and maintaining paper and electronic files

About The Role

The Executive Assistant II is responsible for providing administrative support formultiple senior leaders in our Corporate Finance and Restructuring segment. In FTI Consulting’sCorporate Finance organization,we focus on our clients’ strategic, operational, financial and capital needs by addressing the full spectrum of financial and transactional opportunities faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies and other stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

As an Executive Assistant II, you will perform all administrative functions and will be responsible for routine and non-routine tasks. You will interact with clients and other FTI leaders and will be required to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality as would be expected of a professional in this role.

Compensation Minimum Pay: $58,000 Maximum Pay: $83,000 Compensation Disclosure: The compensation range reflects potential base salary for the role.
