A leading energy provider is seeking an Executive Assistant in Finance to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President Finance & CFO. This role includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and assisting with financial operations within a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and relevant experience in a fast-paced setting. Reporting to the Vice President Finance & CFO, this position manages and coordinates the flow of work relating to the administration of day-to-day operations in the office of the Vice President Finance & CFO. This position provides assistance to all departments reporting into Finance, including financial and regulatory assistance, as required. This position provides further support to Board Committees as identified and works closely with the Executive Assistant to the CEO, providing back up assistance as needed to the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO and also to coordinate the schedules and time requirements of the CEO and CFO, as needed to fulfill the needs of the Corporation
Note that this role will primarily be located out of our Kitchener office.
