Job Title: Executive Assistant/Administrative Support

Location: Halton Region, ON

Job Type: Temporary/Permanent

Salary: $25 to $31.00/hour

Our client in Halton Region, ON is actively looking for an Executive Assistant/Administrative Support to join their team.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant/Administrative Support to support senior leadership at our head office. This is a 3-month temporary position with strong potential to transition into a permanent role, depending on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling and logistics
  • Submit and track expenses
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage office purchases and supplies, including filing of corporate registration changes
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations as needed
  • Handle front-desk reception duties and manage day-to-day office needs (e.g., ordering milk, cream, sugar, etc.)
  • Support with administrative tools and systems; Concur and MinuteBox experience considered an asset

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in an executive or administrative assistant role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Concur and/or MinuteBox is a strong asset
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
