We are a company specializing in real estate development, design, construction, and general contracting for office, commercial, and industrial properties.

Our head office is located in Vaughan.

Position Summary:
  • Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support.
  • Responsibilities include managing day-to-day administrative duties for the President & C.E.O.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as an EA in a construction environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications, with strong keyboarding, formatting, proofreading, and grammar skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow instructions.
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and adapt positively to change.
  • Knowledge of leasing, sales, and legal matters is beneficial but not required.
  • Energetic, reliable, and trustworthy.
