About the Role:

MM Nova Tech is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. This role also involves research and reporting tasks to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives’ calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Organize travel arrangements, expense reports, and logistics for meetings/events.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation as required.
  • Conduct research and compile information to support projects, initiatives, and decision-making.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of executives.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical).
  • Support executives in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and related productivity tools.
  • Ability to research, analyze, and present findings clearly.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field).
