As we continue to grow, we're looking to add another Executive Assistant to our dynamic support team.

You’re a pro at juggling competing priorities, keeping executives organized, and staying calm under pressure. You know how to hold your own, especially in an environment where the work is serious and the people are straight-shooters. You're comfortable in a no-nonsense, boots-on-the-ground environment and still bring a polished, professional approach to everything you do. You’re reliable, detail-oriented, and someone who knows how to get things done—with a little grit and a lot of grace.

In This Role, You Will :

  • Provide high-level administrative support to multiple executives and the existing Executive Assistant
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle day-to-day scheduling logistics
  • Book and handle executive travel, as well as expense reports.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communications
  • Coordinate and help plan internal events, from team meetings to company-wide celebrations
  • Act as a point of contact between executives and internal / external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Keep things running smoothly when others are pulled in a hundred directions

What You Bring :

  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
  • Experience in a construction, or skilled trades environment is a strong asset
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Thick skin—you’re not easily rattled and can navigate a no-frills, boots-on-the-ground environment with professionalism
  • Proven ability to plan and coordinate events (bonus points if you’ve done this in a corporate or field setting)
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office- especially Excel and scheduling platforms
  • A sense of humour and the ability to adapt to a busy, ever-changing workday
