Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications. The incumbent is a critical thinker and exceptional communicator, with the ability to manage a high-volume schedule, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Confidentiality is of the utmost importance as this individual will work with sensitive information across a variety of tasks including business strategy, revenue generation, and contracts. A natural relationship builder and collaborator, this individual works efficiently and effectively to achieve results.
