The Position
We seek a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to support our executive team. You will provide high-priority support to the CEO, COO, and CMO, managing calendars, coordinating travel, preparing meeting materials, and following up on action items.
This role offers high visibility and impact within the organization. Effective communication is essential — you'll need to flag capacity issues or shifting priorities to keep the team aligned and focused on key objectives.
You are suitable if you have experience as an Assistant, or in roles like project coordination, client-facing work, operations, or office management, especially in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments. You are quick to learn, highly organized, tech-savvy, an excellent communicator, and energized by helping others succeed.
Your Impact
12-18 Month Goals
Initially, you'll build relationships with executives, manage calendars and travel, and streamline operations. Over time, you'll lead planning efforts, improve workflows, and support strategic initiatives to enhance leadership effectiveness.
