The role involves managing schedules, coordinating executive activities, and maintaining confidentiality in a dynamic work environment. Provides administrative support and coordination activities for a team of people. With extensive knowledge of the job and policies / practices performs a wide range of advanced administrative / operational assignments.
Job Description
What is the Opportunity
As an Executive Assistant you will directly support the Vice President HR Governance & Controls & Vice President Total Rewards Delivery. You will play a critical role to ensure the most effective use of their time and the efficient function of their teams. You will be accountable for managing schedules departmental events and executive correspondence. In addition you will : liaise with RBC leadership and business partners on their behalf; follow-up on action items; maintain calendars; coordinate travel arrangements; prepare correspondence and other presentation materials; support premises management and logistics; and prepare / act as a pre-verification officer for department expense reports.
