The Team :

Founded in 2005, the A&M Global Transaction Advisory Group (“TAG”) consists of former Big Four CPAs providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity, sovereign wealth, family offices, and corporate clients. Our professionals assess earnings quality, analyze cash flows, review working capital, identify key drivers, evaluate forecasts, and hold discussions with management and advisors. We collaborate with operational, tax, commercial, IT, and other experts to deliver integrated solutions for transactions like carve-outs, divestitures, mergers, and capital markets.

A&M TAG seeks to hire an Executive Assistant in Toronto to support practice professionals. This role requires a hybrid schedule of 3-4 days in-office per week.

How you will contribute

  • Plan and coordinate travel, process expense reports, and submit timesheets for multiple leaders
  • Manage Outlook calendars for leaders, negotiating and rescheduling appointments as needed
  • Greet visitors, arrange building access through security
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including courier services
  • Assist with onboarding new hires
  • Manage conference rooms, plan meetings and events
  • Assist with data entry and formatting for weekly staff schedules
  • Print and bind presentations and documents
  • Coordinate with IT support on behalf of executives
  • Ensure coverage during vacations by collaborating with internal staff
  • Perform additional duties as required

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage priorities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication with senior leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Concur and Salesforce is a plus
  • Attention to detail
