Calling all Executive Assistants, who pride themselves on their attention to detail, their communication style and level of integrity. As the Executive Assistant to the EVP of a large global organization you will act as the gatekeeper, prioritize meetings both in person and remotely, you will collaborate with other strategic partners across North America and internationally. You will also be responsible for heavy travel arrangements along with meeting and event planning support.
