Supervise staff. Analyze incoming and outgoing memoranda, submissions and reports. Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Provide customer service. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents. Manage events. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.
