Step into the opportunity :

As the Executive Assistant, you will be joining an organization that values and models diversity, inclusion and equity while being responsible for :

  • Coordinating the daily activities of the Global Health Program Director and prioritizing the incoming flow of work.
  • Managing the Director’s calendar by scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and ensuring all relevant materials are prepared in advance.
  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the Director’s Office through proactive administrative and operational support.
  • Preparing briefing notes for the executive office, including gathering and coordinating input from relevant team members as needed.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, screening correspondence and analyzing information required for a response.

You Have :

  • Two years community college diploma in office administration or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in both French and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in providing administrative and operational support in a senior manager’s office.
  • An in-depth and demonstrably advanced ability to prepare high-quality briefing notes by synthesizing input from various resources to support effective decision-making.
  • Knowledge of and / or interest in the Centre’s mission and work in international development.
