Key Accountabilities

Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, prep meetings, and align weekly priorities for the President
  • Assist in the planning and execution of VATS Events
  • Own follow up, scheduling, communications, and logistics
  • Keep the right things top of mind and protect time for what matters most
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, team accountability rhythms, and client workshops

Technology and Systems Coordination

  • Keep our tech stack tight including Google Workspace, Zoom, Adobe, CRM, form builders, Project Management, Loom, and others
  • Build and manage internal systems that drive clarity and performance
  • AV support
  • Troubleshoot tech issues and eliminate digital friction
  • Implement AI strategies into the business

To get to the interview stage, you must show:

  • Experience supporting executives or entrepreneurs with scheduling, communication, and project coordination
  • Strong technical literacy; you are confident with tools and quick to figure out new systems
  • Exceptional organizational skills; you track details, follow through, and execute cleanly
  • Clear communication; you can write well, speak professionally, and know when to ask questions
  • A proactive mindset; you see what is coming next and move before you are asked
  • Experience in fast moving, high standard environments where execution is everything
  • Extensive experience implementing business technology solutions and optimizing tech stacks to support operational growth
  • Bonus points if you have worked in consulting, coaching, operations, or agency settings or have supported founders in a growing business.
