Kelly Services has partnered with a client in Mississauga, ON to recruit for a ONE YEAR maternity coverage role of an Executive Assistant.

Responsibilities:

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support for the Vice President, General Manager that facilitates achievement of his daily objectives. Generally, respond expeditiously to meeting/information requests from inside/outside Belimo Americas, focusing on business and organizational priorities, works independently with initiative and anticipation, and give careful attention to detail and follow up.

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for executives
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings
  • Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

What We Offer

  • Contract for One year
  • Monday to Friday 8:30 am- 5pm
  • Hybrid schedule, requiring 2 days on-site in Mississauga but if VP is onsite for more days then needs to be flexible
  • Pay rate: $28-35/hour + 4% vacation pay
