Salary range:$60,000/yr

About you

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior support role
  • Proven record building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Event planning or marketing experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of Ottawa’s business community is an asset

About the role

If hired, you will:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and correspondence (email and phone)
  • Organize meeting prep, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • Plan and coordinate networking events and award ceremonies
  • Track project goals, timelines, progress, and risks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Create reports, presentations, and content for publications, surveys, and awards
  • Research business trends and prepare strategic briefs
  • Provide logistical support and events reporting analysis
