$65,000 - $68,000 dependent on experience
Ruth & Naomi's Mission is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to work closely with our Executive Director and support the rhythm of leadership and Board governance across our organization.
This isn't a role for someone who simply waits for the next task. We're looking for a true thought partner who anticipates what's needed, takes ownership, keeps priorities moving, and brings clarity and follow-through to a complex, fast-moving environment.
Because this position works closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and senior leadership, it also carries a significant level of trust and access to confidential information. Strong judgment, discretion, integrity, and professional boundaries are essential.
Ruth & Naomi's Mission is a Christian faith-based organization, and our faith is actively integrated into our organizational culture, leadership, and governance.
Because the Executive Assistant works closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and senior leadership, this role is regularly present for prayer, faith-based conversations, and discussions where Christian principles inform organizational leadership and decision-making.
The successful candidate must be highly comfortable working within and actively supporting this environment and willing to respect and uphold the mission and values of Ruth & Naomi's Mission.
This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a growing organization and play an important role in helping our Executive Director, Board, and leadership team stay organized, connected, and moving forward.
You'll have visibility into organization-wide priorities and the opportunity to contribute far beyond traditional administrative support. For someone who naturally sees what needs to happen, values trust and confidentiality, and enjoys bringing organization to a fast-moving environment, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to RAN's mission.
