Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events

  • Manage calendars for senior leaders, including prioritizing requests and resolving conflicts

  • Prepare, proofread, and format confidential correspondence including memos, emails, and leadership communications

  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems

  • Act as a liaison between internal departments and external stakeholders

  • Provide general administrative support as required
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 plus years of experience in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative role

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Previous experience supporting senior management or executives
  • Criminal background check is required
