The Opportunity:

An exciting role providing high-level support to the CEO and executive team in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, discretion, and keeping complex operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing executive calendars, appointments, and time prioritization
  • Preparing reports, presentations, proposals, and executive communications
  • Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading internal and external correspondence
  • Organizing and prioritizing incoming communication (emails, letters, etc.)
  • Coordinating meetings: scheduling, preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking action items
  • Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Planning and booking domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Supporting special projects and tracking timelines to ensure deadlines are met
  • Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and expense reporting

What You’ll Need To Be Successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Minimum 2 years in an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally in a corporate setting
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong judgment, initiative, and attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in aviation or finance is a plus
  • Ability to stay composed under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
