Role Description
This is a full-time Executive Assistant role, located in either Brockville, ON or Toronto, ON with significant work from home flexibility, making it a hybrid role. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support to senior management, managing expense reports, and handling various administrative tasks. Daily tasks will include scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing documentation and reports. The role requires excellent organizational skills, having a Joy of working with people, a high degree of professionalism, assertiveness and the ability to handle confidential information.
Qualifications
- Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
- Expense Reports and Administrative Assistance skills
- Outstanding Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with creating AI workflows, office software and technology
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
