Overview

I’m an entrepreneur with a tech company, real estate, and multiple projects I can’t say no to. I’m looking for an Executive (& Marketing) Assistant who can help me get things done with a positive attitude. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety, and has a "get it done" mentality regardless of the task. There is no cap on compensation and the more you contribute, the more you’ll gain.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be my right hand, working across multiple companies and projects to ensure everything runs smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:

Administrative & Operations
  • Create invoices, track and collect payments
  • Update CRM systems (Salesforce) and maintain organized records
Marketing for Connect the Doc (CTD)
  • Create, schedule, and post social media content
  • Edit videos, write blogs, and produce marketing collateral
Sales Support for CTD
  • Send follow-up emails to prospects
  • Create engaging sales screen-share videos and presentations
  • Prepare proposals and help close deals
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle task follow-up
Channel Partnerships
  • Research and reach out to potential partners
  • Use LinkedIn for outreach and relationship building
Investor Relations
  • Assist with investor decks, reports, and presentations
  • Prepare sales and investment collateral for pitches
