Job summary

IKEA is hiring for a Customer Experience Co-worker III in Dartmouth, NS. You will engage with customers across multichannel assignments, delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships in a busy retail setting.

You will help achieve KPIs, support teammates, and identify opportunities to encourage repeat visits, all while upholding IKEA values and delivering a positive customer experience.
