Job summary

IKEA Gruppe in Dartmouth, NS is seeking a Customer Experience Co-worker III to deliver a warm, confident and helpful service across customer assignments in a multichannel retail environment.

You will support colleagues and stakeholders, help achieve KPIs, and contribute to customer loyalty by encouraging repeat visits and genuinely listening to customer needs.
