Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a contract Excel Specialist to design and simulate advanced business scenarios using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, drawing on your professional experience. You will engage in structured conversations with an LLM, evaluate AI-generated deliverables, and provide detailed feedback to inform model improvements across industries.

You will create and review Office documents (.xlsx, .docx, .pptx), assess two AI-generated solutions, and select the preferred output.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Fortune 500 environments using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word on high-impact business projects.
• Experience creating complex models, reports, analyses, and presentations across industries.
• Background in FP&A, HR, or marketing strategy with deal/project involvement.
• Proficiency in designing use cases across strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with keen eye for detail.
• Experience interacting with LLMs or writing long-form prompts for AI tools is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to evaluate nuanced differences in document quality and business applicability.

• Background in business roles such as private equity associate, investment banking analyst, junior consultant, FP&A analyst, HR, or marketing strategist, with hands‑on involvement in deal or project work.
• Proficiency in designing use cases reflecting functions like strategy, operations, sales, marketing, finance, or HR.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity in articulating feedback.
• Experience interacting with LLMs or writing long‑form prompts for AI tools is a strong plus.
