Job summary

Strike Group is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator in High Level, Alberta to operate heavy machinery safely within a construction environment. The role emphasizes a strong culture of safety, adherence to company values, and teamwork on site.

Responsibilities include supporting construction activities, participating in safety meetings, and following site directions. Must have valid driver’s license and be able to pass pre-employment drug testing, with LOA or Camp accommodations as listed.

Qualifications

• Ground Disturbance Level 2 certification.
• Experience operating an excavator on pipeline-related work is required.
• Experience around live pipelines is an asset.
• Experience on small to mid-bore pipeline is an asset.
• Experience operating shear is an asset.

Employees are expected to support and participate in a “culture of safety” and adhere to and be ambassadors of Strike’s Code of Conduct and Values, treating others with dignity, respect, and fairness.
