Wage: $31.80 (starting rate) – $42.80 per hour (salary increases based on skills and experience, and annual reviews, per Company policy)
Employment terms and conditions: Permanent, Full-Time (30 to 70 hours/week, weather-dependent); Morning, Day, Weekend, Overtime

Experience: 1 year of related experience
Type of heavy equipment operated: Excavator, Grader, Packer, Bulldozer
Area of work: Industrial/commercial/institutional (ICI) construction, Road construction, Underground, Deep and shallow utilities; Backfilling, Ditching, Excavation, Land clearing, Sub-grade excavating, Trenching
Work Site Environment: Outdoor setting, possible inclement weather, heat, and humidity
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, ability to repetitively lift and carry at least 30 lbs
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Security and safety: Driving record check may be required; compliance with drug and alcohol testing policies
Reporting to the Foreman, responsible for the safe and efficient operation of an excavator, ensuring work is completed according to company policies, safety standards, and contract specifications.
