Red Deer Polytechnic Testing Services is seeking 2 or more casual Exam Invigilators for the Fall 2026 term. You will invigilate exams, support testing services, and provide quality customer service in a learner-centered environment. Availability includes Oct 5–8, Nov 16–19, and Dec 14–18, 2026.
Shift hours include evenings and weekends with flexible work hours. Training and onboarding will cover exam procedures, security, and password resets for NCLC technology.

Position Summary
Testing Services is hiring 2 or more casual Exam Invigilators for the Fall 2026 term.
The Exam Invigilator is responsible to support the invigilation of all exam types on behalf of Red Deer Polytechnic Testing Services, and supports the students, faculty, staff, and patrons who utilize Testing Services.
Under the direction of the Testing Services Coordinator, the Exam Invigilator invigilates, and finalizes all types of exams and tests, while supporting the operation of Testing Services by providing quality customer service in a learner-centered environment.
Schedules are dependent on operational need and incumbent’s availability, but Exam Invigilators will need to be available:

Benefits and Compensation Information
