Job Overview

Understand customer needs and provide credit and lending-related sales and service to BMO customers or prospects. Advise on lending/credit strategies and products, fulfill sales and service activities, and make referrals to other business groups as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Integrate marketing promotions into customer conversations appropriately.
  • Probe to understand customer needs and advise on personal banking and lending strategies.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to managers.
  • Ensure customer requests are accurately processed.
  • Maintain current knowledge of banking products, practices, and trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to meet business objectives.
  • Manage transactional outcomes or refer calls internally.
  • Maintain confidentiality and report suspicious activity.
  • Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Complete standardized tasks and perform initial problem solving.
Qualifications
