About the role

Timely and SalonBiz serve over 24,000 customers in 100 countries and are on a mission to build the leading platform for beauty professionals. Together we make up EverWell, an EverCommerce vertical. We offer SaaS solutions to a variety of customer sizes and types within the beauty industry, and we’ve got big goals and are ready to achieve them.

With a focus on Salesforce, you’ll be hands-on in modernising our Salesforce environment and improving data integrity, usability, and visibility. This delivery role will partner with Sales and Finance stakeholders to streamline workflows, simplify system components, and ensure Salesforce truly supports the way we work. This is a 9 month fixed term contract.

What you'll do.

With a focus on Salesforce modernisation, simplification, and usability, you will play a key role in driving efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across the business. In this role, you will:

  • Shape the future of Salesforce bystreamline objects, retire legacy fields and automation, and redesign Lightning pages to create a cleaner, faster, and more intuitive user experience.

  • Drive visibility and impact by build dashboards and reporting tools that empower Sales and Finance with crystal-clear insights into activations, opportunities, and commissions.

  • Collaborate at the heart of the business by work side by side with Sales and Finance to uncover challenges, co-create solutions, and boost adoption of new ways of working.

  • Ensure lasting change by produce practical documentation and a transition pack so improvements are embedded and sustainable long after your project is complete.

What you'll bring.

  • 3+ Salesforce expertise. Advanced configuration skills (Lightning App Builder, Flows, Permissions) with a track record of simplifying and optimising complex Salesforce orgs.

  • Strong experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboards; PowerBI knowledge is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce-connected platforms such as Zapier, Hightouch, or commission/billing systems.

  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles, revenue recognition, and commissions processes. (Industry background in beauty or SaaS isn’t essential – what matters is your ability to simplify complex systems and make life easier for end users.)

  • Skilled at partnering with Sales, Finance, and Operations, engaging stakeholders, and providing clear, transparent updates.

  • Empathy for end users, with a commitment to designing solutions that balance immediate needs with long-term scalability.

  • Strong documentation habits, ensuring improvements are well-explained, transferable, and sustainable beyond your contract.
