EverCommerce seeks a Senior Associate, Planning and Insights to drive data-informed decision making for Invoice Simple and Joist. You will build executive dashboards, track SaaS metrics, and partner with leadership to analyze performance across new logo acquisition, upsell, and churn.

You will lead regular reviews, translate complex signals into actionable insights, and develop forecasting models with finance and data teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth startup operations, finance, business strategy, consulting.
• Financial modeling expert highly motivated by solving business problems.
• Fluency with SaaS metrics and KPIs.
• Expertise in data visualization and business intelligence tools.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Proven track record of driving growth through data-informed decisions.
• Experience with PLG business models highly valued

The Senior Associate, Planning and Insights role is responsible for developing and driving business reporting and data-driven decision making for Invoice Simple and Joist. Where: Remote, Ontario/Canada TheEverCommerceteam is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones.This role can be based anywhere in Canada- ifyou’reclose to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely.Ideally, the candidate is based in the Greater Toronto Area. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, our Toronto office, Vancouver office, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation

The target base compensation for this position is $130,000 to $145,000 CAD per year in most locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
