The EverPro business within EverCommerce offers business management solutions that help home and field service small businesses work more efficiently and improve every touchpoint with their customers. Software solutions customized for field services, landscaping, pest and lawn, remodeling and roofing help these businesses with everything from scheduling and tracking jobs, to quoting, invoicing and payments processing, to customer relationship, review and reputation management.
The Invoicing vertical within EverPro focuses on business management and payments solutions for small service businesses through our Invoice Simple and Joist products. These solutions help service professionals efficiently manage their business finances, from creating estimates and invoices to processing payments and tracking jobs. Our products serve hundreds of thousands of freelancers, solo entrepreneurs and microbusinesses across hundreds of industries across multiple geographies.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Digital Strategist) who will develop and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies to drive growth across our B2B SaaS portfolio (Joist and Invoice Simple). You have a deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, including paid acquisition channels like the App Store, Google Play, Paid Social, and Google Search. You thrive on optimizing performance and using data to inform every decision. You are experienced with experimentation frameworks (ASO, CRO, etc.) and understand the nuances of incrementality testing (even if not an expert). You will collaborate closely with internal marketing teams, channel owners, and product stakeholders to ensure budget efficiency and accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze performance trends across all digital marketing channels, identifying shifts in paid media, website, and app metrics. Surface optimization opportunities and prioritize testing roadmaps to improve performance.
- Cross-Channel Strategy: Develop and evolve a holistic digital marketing strategy that integrates paid acquisition channels, ASO, SEO, and organic initiatives to drive full-funnel growth.
- Website Experimentation and CRO: Lead website experimentation and CRO efforts, including landing page testing, messaging, design optimization, and personalization, to drive improvements in conversion rates.
- Experimentation & Testing: Design and oversee testing frameworks across the funnel, including creative testing, ASO experiments, and incrementality testing.
- Channel Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with central channel teams to align campaign strategies, budget allocations, and performance calibration processes. Ensure each channel is delivering incremental value.
- Budget Management: Manage the overall digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across channels and driving accountability for KPIs.
- Paid Media Insights: Research and evaluate new paid media opportunities and advise on targeting strategies.
- Thought Leadership: Bring fresh ideas and best practices to the team, championing innovative approaches to testing and growth.
Skills And Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS with a focus on performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition channels (App Store, Google Play, Paid Social, Google Search).
- Experience with experimentation frameworks, including CRO, ASO, and incrementality testing (knowledge of methodologies and processes).
- Demonstrated success driving full-funnel digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels.
- Strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of digital marketing KPIs, data analysis, and performance calibration.
- Familiarity with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, and tools like SplitMetrics.
- Comfortable working with various BI tools to pull insights and craft compelling, data-driven narratives.
- Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex performance insights clearly to all levels of the organization.

Where: Remote, Ontario/Canada
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role will require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.
Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is
$140,000 - $160,000 CAD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed abov
