Gardens, Libraries and Museums (GLAM), University of Oxford is seeking an Events, Weddings and Visitor Enquiry Coordinator to support our Bodleian Libraries and Oxford venues. You will be the main contact for commercial enquiries, handle bookings and tailor quotations, and foster strong client relationships.

The role is full-time and fixed-term for two years, offering a structured environment with excellent pension, generous annual leave and family-friendly policies.

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service for events or venues.
• Ability to manage bookings and generate tailored quotations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
