Job Responsibilities:

1. Job Summary: We seek a highly organized and creative Event Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and managing events from start to finish, with a focus on detail, communication, and stress management. Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand and objectives is essential.
2. Duties:
   • Develop and manage event concepts, themes, and logistics.
   • Coordinate venue selection, catering, entertainment, and transportation.
   • Create marketing materials for events.
   • Implement digital marketing strategies via social media and e-commerce platforms.
   • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
   • Analyze event performance using analytics tools.
   • Collaborate with sales teams to align event and product strategies.
   • Manage budgets and ensure financial adherence.
   • Build relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners.
3. Experience:
   • At least 2 years of professional event management experience in hospitality or agency settings.
   • Proficiency with CRM/BEO tools like Triple Seat or similar.
   • Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce platforms (preferred).
   • Strong analytical and research skills.
   • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
4. Additional Skills and Preferences:
   • Calm, solution-oriented mindset with excellent client service skills.
   • Certifications such as CMP, CSEP, or social-media strategy are a plus.

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time
• Salary: $40,742.50 - $60,974.92 per year
• Additional pay: Bonus, commission, tips
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, day/evening/night shifts, Monday to Friday, weekends as needed
