Eataly North America is hiring a Scuola and Events Chef for their Toronto location. This contract role supports La Scuola by teaching classes and coordinating events.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of cooking experience, with 1+ year of management experience.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of speaking in front of large groups.
• In-depth knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture.

Responsibilities

• Teaches a wide variety of demonstration and hands-on classes.
• Supervises the production of food items for events.
• Plans events and creates menus with the Education & Events team.
