The Events & Community Coordinator is a sales professional passionate about selling the sports and event experience with a differentiated competitive advantage. Working both inside and outside the Sports Complex, this position primarily handles Game Deck, Birthday Party sales, and event bookings, coordinating the facility's surface flow, including Birthday Parties, and managing event spaces such as the Canlan Room, Game Deck sport simulators, and Family Entertainment Centre.
This role supports the entire sales and community outreach process: from raising awareness and promoting the facility's offerings to introducing the facility to prospects and maintaining ongoing communication throughout the customer 'life-cycle.'
