Job description
Overview

Great events don’t just happen — they’re designed to inspire, connect, and leave lasting impressions. From intimate activations to large-scale experiences, our events are where our brand truly comes to life. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, energetic Events Assistant to join our team and help deliver memorable experiences that engage audiences and elevate our brand.

This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves organisation as much as creativity, and is eager to grow a career in events and brand marketing.

About the Role

As an Events Assistant, you’ll play a key supporting role in the planning, coordination, and execution of events and activations. From logistics and vendor management to on-the-ground support, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly and reflects our brand at its best. Working closely with the events, marketing, and partnerships teams, you’ll gain hands-on experience in building events from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
  • Event Planning Support – Assist in organising and coordinating brand events, activations, and experiences.
  • Logistics & Operations – Manage schedules, track timelines, handle vendor coordination, and oversee event materials.
  • On-Site Support – Help set up, manage registration, liaise with vendors, and troubleshoot to ensure flawless execution.
  • Partnership & Guest Experience – Support outreach and communications with partners, sponsors, and attendees.
  • Budget & Tracking – Assist in managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and compiling post-event reports.
  • Creative Input – Contribute ideas for event concepts, experiences, and activations that bring the brand to life.
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree or diploma in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience or internships in events, marketing, or brand activations.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Great communicator with the ability to work across teams and with external partners.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure.
  • Enthusiasm for creating experiences that leave a lasting impact.
What We Offer
  • A full-time, on-site role in Toronto with opportunities for growth.
  • Hands-on experience across events, activations, and brand marketing.
  • Exposure to high-profile events, campaigns, and partnerships.
  • A collaborative, supportive, and creative team environment.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
