Our client is a well-established organization that hosts large-scale, high-profile events requiring a polished and professional guest experience from arrival to departure. Their team emphasizes safety, organization, and superior customer service.

The event environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly service-oriented. Staff members are expected to maintain a professional presence, communicate clearly, and respond effectively to changing needs while working independently and alongside internal teams.

We are seeking multiple reliable, presentable, and team-oriented individuals to join the event operations team as Customer Service, Parking Attendants, Traffic Controllers, and Concierge-style Event Support Staff. The successful candidates will help guide guests, manage vehicle flow, and support a smooth and organized experience during a multi-day event.

The event will run all throughout June, 2025. Shifts vary including early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight coverage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The key job functions are:

  • Maintainavisible,friendly,andprofessionalpresencewhilegreetingandassistingeventguests.
  • Providedirectionsandgeneraleventinformationtoguestsasneeded.
  • Remainvigilantandresponsive,evenduringslowerperiodsordowntime.
  • Directtrafficandguidegueststoavailableparkingacrossmultipledesignatedlots.
  • Communicateviaradiowithotherattendantstocoordinateparkingavailabilityandtrafficflow.
  • Adheretoassignedschedules,workindependentlywhenneeded,andcontributepositivelytotheeventteam.
  • Followprotocolsandinstructionsfrominternalsitestaffduringeachshift.
  • Assistinmaintainingcleanlinessandorderwithin designatedareas.

Qualifications:

  • Drivers license and reliable vehicle (location is not transit accessible)
  • Mustbereliable,punctual,andself-motivated.
  • Mustbeprofessional,presentable,andconfidentinguest-facingroles.
  • Mustbeabletofollowdirectionsandupholdsafetyandcommunicationprotocols.
  • Mustbecomfortableworkingoutdoorsforextendedperiodsandadaptabletochangingconditions.

Experience:

  • Priorexperienceinevents,customerservice,security,orparkingcontrolisanasset.
  • Experienceworkinginautonomousrolesrequiringaccountabilityandresponsibilityispreferred.
  • Comfortoperatingtwo-wayradiosandcoordinatingwithteamsremotelyisideal.

Base Salary:$17-19/hr

  • Thisroleoffersovertimeeligibility,andtheopportunitytoworkwithahigh-calibereventteam.

Work Hours:

  • Variedshiftsincludingearlymornings,afternoons,evenings,andovernightcoverage.
  • Shiftswillbeconfirmedinadvancetoensureconsistentcoverage.

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
