As our Event Supply Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for keeping the Planned marketplace running smoothly, helping create strong supplier relationships, top-notch listings, and expansion into new markets. You'll play a key role in shaping the quality and growth of our supply network as we scale!

  • Please note, this is an entry level position.
  • Assist in the daily operations of the Planned marketplace, ensuring smooth functionality and resolving issues as needed.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring high quality service and providing platform guidance.
  • Assist in identifying and exploring new market opportunities.
  • Curate and manage inbound supplier requests, ensuring timely responses.
  • Provide assistance in sourcing new suppliers and products.
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes.

About You

  • Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and projects simultaneously with impeccable organization.
  • Scrappy mindset - willing to try anything to get the job done.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication - passion for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
