Service Supervisor Coop / Intern (September - December)

The Event Supervisor delivers friendly efficient customer service and creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and clients with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring all guests have a memorable experience through event execution
  • Support the set up and service team with the execution of events
  • Respond to guest and staff inquiries
  • Assist with scheduling and supervising event staff
  • Attend BEO meetings and assist with day of logistics
  • Encourage guest feedback and track event outcomes
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform opening / closing duties and general event support
  • Represent the Carmens Group brand at all times

Requirements
