Overview

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time organized and detail-oriented Event Staff Reception to support participant check-in and data collection during scheduled research sessions for a 2-day event for our client on Oct 15th and 16th in Saskatoon, SK. This role requires professionalism, accuracy, and a strong ability to interact with participants in a welcoming manner.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of participant-based sessions while gaining hands-on experience in event coordination and administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Receptionist Duties
  • Greet and welcome participants at the hotel lobby reception table.
  • Verify participant identity by matching names to the list and checking IDs.
  • Distribute pre-session questionnaires for completion.
  • Provide envelopes with cash compensation at the end of the session.
  • Assistant Duties
  • Collect completed questionnaires from participants.
  • Cross-check responses with the pre-existing screening database.
  • Flag and report any discrepancies or concerns to the session lead.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in demeanor.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
