Ad Culture is on the hunt for a rockstar Event Sales Manager on behalf of a leading Toronto hospitality group. Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in event sales, hospitality sales, or a related high-volume sales role.
  • Experience working in hospitality, nightlife, or restaurant / event sales preferred.
  • Previous leadership or management experience is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of the Toronto hospitality and events scene.

About the Role

This is a high-energy, high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for booking events across multiple venues. You’ll handle a bountiful amount of inbound inquiries while making sure your team is keeping up the momentum. From corporate events to weddings and large-scale dinners, you’ll be the first point of contact, locking in deals before passing them off to the venue’s General Manager to handle logistics.

Main responsibilities include :

  • Proactively sell and close event bookings across all venues.
  • Manage and convert a high volume of inbound leads.
  • Oversee and lead a small team focused on outbound and inbound event sales.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize event revenue.
  • Maintain a strong presence in the market to identify new business opportunities.
  • Track and report on key sales metrics to optimize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams at venues to ensure seamless handoff of confirmed events to venue management.

Compensation :
