Job description

As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create unique events and experiences that leave lasting impressions.

Who you'll work with

You will join our office in Canada, collaborating with various teams and directly engaging with our partners and providers. Your role will contribute to expanding Fever's pipeline of original events by interacting with all departments, from Marketing to Operations.

The team you'll join is composed of motivated, young, and fun individuals from diverse backgrounds, including alumni from McKinsey, Amazon, Google, KKR, Cirque du Soleil, PSG, and Roland Garros.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and critical-thinking event producer to support our Project Manager. You will oversee all aspects of production, ensuring high-quality experiences and managing third-party vendors involved in project execution and development.

To help develop our scalable experiences, you will research and implement new venues and solutions to enhance Fever's offerings.

This role demands flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines within budget. A proven track record in live event production is essential.

Candidates should be passionate about delivering results and creating fun, engaging experiences for diverse audiences. Strong communication skills, initiative, interpersonal skills, and project management abilities are critical.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing all facets of event production, from pre-production logistics and vendor selection to onsite execution and post-event wrap-up
  • Creating production timelines and ensuring team adherence to schedules
  • Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to align and execute event deliverables
  • Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing creative ideas, especially from an on-the-ground perspective
  • Managing multiple cities and scaling experiences to new locations
  • Overseeing budgets of various sizes
  • Researching and securing vendors and venues
  • Obtaining permits and meeting insurance requirements
  • Handling administrative tasks such as expense reports, invoicing, and contract coordination with legal
  • Traveling domestically and internationally, working across time zones as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

You have a successful track record in event production, strong data analysis skills, and excellent communication abilities. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are detail-oriented, and think strategically about creating compelling experiences.

The role combines business development and operational responsibilities. Candidates should be passionate about the entertainment and events industry, capable of delivering results in ambiguous settings, and innovative in problem-solving.
