Job description

THE ROLE

As an Event Operations Supervisor, you will support and supervise the Events Operations Team and assist with the coordination of all details of your assigned event. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing all aspects of your assigned event or function.
  • Coordinating with the event organiser to meet guest needs accurately.
  • Providing support, training, and guidance to team members and other managers.
  • Assisting in conducting pre-shift and pre-function meetings.
  • Ensuring standards are maintained, along with all policies and procedures related to F&B within Meetings and Events.
  • Proactively suggesting improvements to ensure all events are successful.
  • Continuously enhancing service by communicating with and assisting individuals to understand and anticipate guest needs, providing training, guidance, feedback, and coaching as needed.
  • Being an ambassador for Nobu and demonstrating strong leadership that embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
  • Ideally, 2 years of supervisory experience within Banqueting/Meeting and Events.
