Position Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and determined individual to fill the role of Milwaukee Event Marketing Representative.

As a Milwaukee Event Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for helping implement our mid-market strategy involving our work, shop, and learn verticals. The strategy involves the organization and execution of large events, IC counter day selling executions, Home Depot FMR Pro Days, union, and trade school engagement, along with various other field marketing initiatives. There will be periods of travel throughout the year around our executions. A successful candidate will also be expected to organize and execute a formal plan within your own territory that will maximize impressions and POS utilizing the programs laid out by the team.

What You Will Do
  • Support and lead the organization and execution of all initiatives within the work, shop, and learn model.
  • Create meaningful brand impressions with our core midmarket users, emphasizing our focus on disruptive innovation and cordless jobsite solutions.
  • Assist with product pitches on new product categories and help drive event day impressions at executions such as ‘Milwaukee Core Trade Nights’ and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers and TR NARs to schedule IC Sales Days and drive POS.
  • Implement brand, train, sell, and support trade school programming; work with Sales Leaders on discount programs to boost POS and impressions.
  • Build relationships with trade school partners to deliver Milwaukee Heavy Duty Training sessions.
  • Engage with prospective customers and end-users with high energy.
  • Organize and adapt to challenges independently and within a team.
  • Learn and perfect product pitches for all MIT and MIS executions.
  • Travel to markets as needed for planning and execution.
  • Possess high product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Continuously improve selling skills to close deals during sales days.

  • Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
