Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, this role brings together operational teams, in-house partners, vendors, and external venues to translate event requirements into detailed plans and ensure seamless delivery.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and highly organized event professional who combines strong client relationship skills with sound judgment, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused approach. They are comfortable managing complex event logistics, balancing multiple priorities, anticipating challenges, and collaborating across teams to create exceptional experiences.
You are someone who can turn a client's vision into a well-executed event. You understand what it takes to bring together people, spaces, services, and details, and you know how to keep everything moving from initial planning through event completion.
You are comfortable managing multiple events and client relationships at once, providing clear direction, anticipating challenges, and making thoughtful decisions when plans change. You build strong relationships and work collaboratively with clients, operational teams, partners, vendors, and venues to find practical solutions and deliver on commitments.

This role works in a dynamic, event-focused environment, with regular onsite work at the Edmonton Convention Centre and supported off-site venues. The nature of event delivery requires flexibility in scheduling, including occasional evenings, weekends, overtime, and travel as required.
