Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.

• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparing and designing all food and drinks menus.
• Ensures kitchen operations meet quality standards and timelines.
• Produces high-quality plates in design and taste.
• Resolves issues and manages problematic situations.
• Manages inventory and stock levels.
• Enforces sanitation and safety standards.
• Maintains professionalism with coworkers and customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Executive Chef.
