You are a junior event planning professional looking for a growth opportunity with a reputable, national organization. You love all things event planning related, from in-person and virtual facetime to organizing and setting up logistics. You’ve spent one or more years in this speciality and possess an event management education (or equivalent combo of work experience).

You Have :

  • Sourced venues, including having done applicable RFPs, space analysis, as well as option reviews and presentations of recommendations
  • Coordinated event logistics (food and beverage selection, audio-video requirements, room orientations, accessibility, etc.)
  • Prepared budget estimates for vendor costs, inclusive of monitoring and reconciling applicable invoices
  • Managed meeting registrations
  • Booked rooms, and provided hybrid support for larger conferences and / or virtual events
